Can an audit report by their internal auditors be denied.

Hello,

Can anyone provide me as to whether the audit report of government organization by their own internal auditors be denied on the grounds of the report being submitted under fiduciary relation.

Immediately file First appeal before FAA as there is no such exemption, and the very meaning of Audit, transparency in Public transactions are defeated if Audit report is withheld. The authorities malafidely denied. Escalate it to Second appeal stage, as the issue is having importance and public interest.

Of course they have to be disclosed under RTI.
