Hello, i applied for r.t.i in ep.f office for regarding my claim status .i submitted my claim.form 13.in e.p.f office.on 1.1.2015 and filed.rti application on 27.3.15. For.my.claim status ,i got reply.on 10.4.15 from e.p.f department,they replied.that your form.was incomplete and.the form send back to you on 9.1.15.but i got no form.no 13 and received any communication about it. So please guide me .thanks and regards swarajdeep singh.

You may file FA within stipulated time period. Let the PIO prove his action.

The issue is not connected to RTI and the issue is filling prescribed Form No.13 correctly.. Please take precautions and file fresh Form No.13 correctly , as receiving claim is important.

(As per my understanding of the post, the reply is not from PIO and this is from claims section, and you have yet to receive response of CPIO. If you wish you can seek information through another application under RTI seeking certified copy of that specific entry confirming posting of their earlier letter returning claim form , copy of their letter, with service proof)

Based on letter received by you may seek details of despatch [certified photocopy of page of outward letter register and despatch register, postal receipt of mailing, office copy of letter under which claim papers were returned, exact reason for returning claim form, etc] by filing another RTI to that office.
