Either contact Citizen Counter in Corporation office, or seek telephone number of Horticultural section in Corporation and directly speak to him. If you want more confirmation and authentic information by filing RTI in following format. Application dt.....seeking information under RTI Act filed Before SPIO, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation................ with RTI fee: Rs.10/- adhesive Court fee stamp pasted in TOP RIGHT hand portion. Applicant:.......................... Information solicited: 1)Please provide the laid down norms/guidelines procedure stating the procedure to be followed for cutting down 4 neem trees in my compound which are four years old, as they are destructing building structures. Address of the House where trees have to be cut down:....................................................... Place date....................Applicant. Please file RTI Application through local speed post which costs Rs.17/-. Wait for 40 days from date of posting and come back and post the response/no response of SPIO for further guidance.
