RC Book status

Hello, i have purchased an Honda activa on October 14, till now i have not received the RC Book.

I have asked the distributor he informed me that due the change in the vendor it is delayed and don't know how much time it is going to take.

please help what should i do

Please file prescribed application with prescribed fees to SPIO of RTO office under RTI Act and also enclose copy of your Temporary Registration Certificate and seek reasons for inordinate delay in issue of Regular RC book, the prescribed time under citizen charter for issue of C book. (Send the same by Regd., post and preserve postal receipt

Wait for 40 days and then come back if SPIO fails to respond.

There is no point in filing a RTI application at this point, when the thread started is solely depending on the dealers verbal communication. He should first confirm all facts and then only file the RTI application.
