Generally, there will be a technical break of one month after every contract period. So, wait for a few more days before making any correspondence with the Admn. The DGHS administration will take into account the vacancies likely to be filled in through candidates selected in normal channel of recruitment by PSC before making next contract.

Filing an RTI Application at this stage will upset the chances of your next contract. Even if you want to file an RTI Application to seek present status of extending or reengaging contract employees, you MUST do it through a person residing at a distant place (not in the name of any of the contract employees).

With due respect, Initiator clearly says that since last one month they daily visit the office to know about the status but nobody gives reply or guidance. In this circumstances i think if anybody else will file RTI application it will not remain secret that who is behind it.

Because they don't know about the technical break of one month in between two contracts. Usually, in such cases, the second term or subsequent term of contract is given after the technical break of one month. There is acute shortage of staff in Health Units and they will be reengaged after the break period. So it would be better for them to wait for 30-35 days before filing RTI.

Please get an application filed by a relative or friend from some other place to SPIO of DGHS as per prescribed format by Haryana Rules and Regulations, with adhesive court fee stamp of Rs.10/- pasted on application and seek information as follows.

Information solicited on larger public interest as health of Public is important:

Please provide information on the status of the file which has to be approved for retake of employees under contract, who were terminated after expiry of contract at..............

Please provide the probable date by which they can expect fresh as contract employees.

Send a private message to our Hon.Harinder Dhigra to take up your cause and without mentioning any name, he can get things move through SIC.

the RTI applicant is advised to read his appointment order wherein generally a clause will be added that after completion of one year, the contract seizes and if there is any such clause, it amounts that your appointment ceased on the last day. if there is no such clause, you wait for one more month or ask the person who has enguaged you for better clarity instead of asking all the people in the office.
