I would hereby request you to kindly furnish to me the following information/s:

 

i) Full Postal Address of the concerned CPIO, posted at the Central Directorate at New Delhi (to whom I might address my application)

 

ii) To whom the IPO should be "PAYABLE TO" and "PAYABLE AT" in context to the RTI Application processing fee.
