Priority Mail Express International parcel with tracking number EZ060973105US had been sent through The United States Postal Service on May 2, 2015. Since May 9, 2015 it has been under Indian Customs, but still (May 18, 2015) it was not granted clearance. India Post consignment tracking has been showing no updates regarding the status of the post, so I contacted The Department of Posts, India and been informed the post is under Mumbai Customs and yet to be cleared. Then, I contacted Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai by email at accimport.mumbai@gmail.com but have not heard from them. The package does not contain any illegal items or those that cannot be sent by post else-ways The United States Postal Service would not have accepted it. The package got U.S. customs clearance that certifies it is safe and does not violate any law. Then, how did Mumbai customs officials decided that it's some dangerous post that needs to be detained. If somehow it violates the Indian Law on imports they should provide the information on what grounds they detained that post. They ought to report on their website the list of detained posts along with the reason why they had to hold them.
