What is the fee for RTI application in Uttarakhand, as i want information

regarding the non judicial paper issued by the treasury officers , dehradun

in which month and year.

and name of the name of the vendor to whom the non judicial paper issued

regarding issue of non judicial stamp paper,from sub treasury Rishikesh

please, is this matter ok or change required..

 

as this was purchased after the death of person

the prescribed fees in Uttarakhand for filing RTI is Rs.10/- and extra charges for xeroxing is Rs.2/- for A3,A4 sizes .now you can go ahead.

Experts in the forum always advised for traditional method like obtaining Indian postal order physical form and sending application by Registered post, tracking delivery status through indiapost portal.

it should be sent to treasury officer dehradun

or sub treasury officer rishikesh as the rti will be forwarded

through dehradun then rishikesh is answerable to dehradun

then reply to us.

Moreover not having the address of Rishikesh.

Have you searched their website to know about the correct location of SPIO ?

Find out where the NJS was issued, and file application to SPIO of that Authority, as NJS were issued, and register must be available with them ?

Have you tried to find out the encrypted printing date on NJS ?

Please send the application with PIO of that office where NJS were issued. Do not worry about destination, as it may be delayed for further 5 days, but PIO is under obligation to send your application to the concerned authority, if receiving PIO is not having that information.

the RTI fee details have already been given and regarding filing E-RTI in most of the states this facility is not extended and even if you file E-RTI also you need to send one hard copy of application . otherwise they will not reply.
