Dear All,

The Hon'ble State Information Commission issues bail-able warrant against SPIO cum Senior Fire Station Officer, Gurgaon under Section 18(3) of RTI Act 2005 read with Section 30 of CPC of 1908 for not providing the information as ordered by Hon'ble Commission in 2014 and not being present in last two hearings.

The information sought is about the status of Fire NOC granted by Fire Department on Public Buildings in Gurgaon

The CP of Gurgaon has been directed to ensure his presence at Hon'ble Commission on 14th July at 11AM.

It is right kind of message to PIO/s who understand the language of action against them.
