Appellant had sought copy of memo/notice issued to a suspended employee. CPIO denied under section 8(1)(j) considering personal information. The Commission observed that Memo issued to a suspended employee can not be considered as personal information. Directed CPIO to provide copies sought by the appellant.

Let Hon.Raveena madam discuss the issue as to how IC can overlook SC judgment that disciplinary proceedings are between employer and employee and any intrusion amounts to third party information.
