next step No reply to my RTI application and first appeal

Hello sir

I wants to say something..I filled RTI application in PWD department Rajasthan before 4 months.but there is no any kind of rply .again I filled application to appealing authority but there is I got letter in which he say that all information should be sent by office and if he will not rply regrading RTI then he will be liable for all action..but the authority not send any answer again ..same communication made two times but there is no any kind of rply...

What should I do ....give me suggestions

I should filled a RTI to first appealing authority or others.

How to File First Appeal under RTI [Right to Information Wiki]

RTI is a time bound procedure and if you had not received a reply from the PIO, then within 60 days from the date of receipt of your RTI application by the PIO, you should have filed a first appeal under section 19(1) of the RTI Act with the concerned First Appellate Authority (FAA).

 

Now your RTI application has become time barred and therefore kindly file the same RTI application afresh (once again) and this time around follow the time limits prescribed under the RTI Act to file a first appeal and likewise if you do not receive a response from the FAA file a second appeal with the concerned Information Commission.

Thank you sir....I think I should filled new RTI with second appeal

You have to file new RTI Application, and follow time frame fixed for filing first and second appeals.

(As your post No 5 is confusing, for clarity this reply) How ever you may file complaint also to IC under copy to PIO, so that it may bring pressure on him to respond to your fresh RTI Application. (Hope)
