I transffered my car from Hyderabad to Puducherry. Car is having Podicherry registration. How to get the Reimbursement from Hyderabad RTA office?.

Dear member,

As your vehicle is already registered in Pondichery, you have to apply to RTA, Hyderabad for refund of excess life tax remaining with them after transfer.

Any RTA agent and customer care center at RTA will provide you detailed guidance on the subject.

Please study procedure if posted on website of Hyderabad /AP/Telenagana RTA and comply with the formalities. If you do not get the details send a simple application with necessary details and self attested photocopies of relevant papers to RTA office where it was registered in Hyderabad. After a month send a polite reminder. If you do not get refund within next 30 days use RTI by referring:
