Appellant had sought some information and also complained through RTI application. Commission directed the respondent CPIO to provide action taken report on the complaint made by the appellant covering all the issues raised by appellant in different RTI applications.

After reading decision, still members can say that RTI is not for redressal of grievance ? Has not same Hon IC decided that filing complaints and then seeking information on follow up is not proper ?(sorry, I could not quote that decision)

Is it that decisions differ from person to person, or after attaining maturity or circumstances differ in each case ?

as circumstances changes and IC's also change , there will be certain upgradations in decisions. it is but natural.

The appellant has received more that what he has wished and without warning and without using harsh language in such decisions, which is normal.
