Days after the civic chief instructed corporation officials not to harass citizens seeking information under the Right to Information Act, the state information commissioner (SIC) has directed the chief secretary to take similar action for all government departments.

 

If followed in letter in spirit, the move may bring smiles on the face of thousands of information seekers from all over Maharashtra who are often made to run from pillar to post while a pursuing an RTI query.Read more at;
