Fee exemption for green card holders in madhay pradesh

Hello,

I want to know the correct information regarding this green card scheme as my mother is having it.i am studying in private institute of engineering and i want to know whether the fee exemption is only in the government institutes or in both.

If you are stating about Below poverty line ration card, then the color of the card differs from state to state. The student must submit prescribed application enclosing a copy of such card showing BPL status, AADHAR card and Bank account number with a blank copy of bank cheque and write his bank account number in prescribed place.

No fees will be paid directly to student, and fees will be sent to institution. The general practice is that College collects all such applications list them and forwards to concerned reimbursing authority, and depending on funds position of govt., fees will be reimbursed. It is applicable in each and every institution whether Govt., or Private and such reimbursement is possible only if the student secures admission in convenor's quota. For more information either search in google typing key words of such scheme, contact seniors who have availed the benefit or contact Administrative officer of the college or students union for needed guidance. RTI is not necessary for such common scheme where information is available and placed in several websites. We do not advise any student for filing RTI Applications to his college, in the initial stages itself, for minor problems when there are alternatives. RTI is a tool and weapon and must be used very sparingly when only it is a must case in absence of alternatives.
