One can file Application seeking information copy of Train Reservation Chart mentioning Train No. Date, destination, specific compartment No. etc. from CPIO, Chief Commercial Manager's Office and RTI fees may amount to Rs.1,000/-. For more information you may contact the Station Supdt/Reservation office as you can remit RTI fee also free of cost across the counter. Also search in Railways /RTI website of concerned Zone.

You can get this information by filing RTI Application before the Central Public Information Officer in office of the Chief Commercial Manager, of concerned Railway.

 

You must give full details i.e. Train No., Date of commencement of Journey and Station, Coach No., PNR No. etc. Railway will charge Rs.1000/- per PNR, thus, you may have to spend lot of money if you seek information of whole train or whole coach. It is better to seek information with respect to specific PNR or berth Nos.
