0 Prasad GLN 1,761
You can also file application and seek the list of mutations right from giving such approvals for construction to SPIO, NDMC through just one sentence letter seeking such information with Postal order for Rs.10/- Indian postal order drawn in favour of Accounts Officer, NDMC payable at New Delhi. Search website of NDMC for pIO particulars, and to learn on their RTI rules and regulations.

0 Prasad GLN 1,761
Members spread over entire country may not be knowing the intricate details of your location, and you may contact any resident or corporation authority for jurisdictional public authority who is entrusted with the duty of recording mutation. The proper way is visiting the website of the Public Authority and learning about the designated Public Information officer, format of RTI, and amount with mode of payment of RTI fee generally. In Delhi, they have not prescribed any application format, and fee can be paid through postal order for Rs.10/- fvg.Accounts Officer of the Authority. Except your full postal address and details on information solicited by you (to enable PIO to trace the file/record) no other particulars are necessary. PIO is expected to provide the information as expeditiously as possible but within 30 days from receipt of RTI application. This is the stipulation in RTI Act, and members can not confirm more than this.
