You can file application to CPIO, PPO and seek such office notes and closure note (all) under RTI with a postal order of Rs.10/- fvg.Accounts Officer, PPO payable at place of PPO. The certified copies will be sent to your house by Regd post by CPIO, PPO.

Dear Sir,

To file the application to CPIO,PPO does the applicant has to go RPO as the RPO is near by for us or do they accept only by post from us?

If RPO is near to your place you can file application in person. Expert always advise to file application only by Regd post alone and for tracking delivery status through indiapost.

What is the problem in meeting RPO as per directions of PPO is not known, and in what way the closed file note helps you is also not known to common man.

Sir,

Will do what you suggested. Appreciate you much for your kind support. As you told common man cannot understand - which is true one as I am not able to understand about their process. For my information purpose requesting you what are the documents to be submitted through Registered post.

Are the below documents are enough:

1. RTI Application form to CPIO/RPO with postal order of 10rs

2. Acknowledgement letter for the first application

3. Aaddhar card

Regards,

Chanukya

RTI Application and Postal order for Rs.10/- drawn in favour of Accounts officer, PPO payable at place of CPIO.

For more clarity get their letter xeroxed on back of your application and write copy across the same. it helps in tracing the record.

The guidance was given on 27th Oct, 2016.  You have not stated as to filing of RTI Application as suggested on 27-10-2016. Nearly after 5 years, you are suddenly reappearing and posting the same copy and paste old query.

If you are not the original queriest  follow the guidance given earlier and file RTI Application seeking such information direct from RPPO, if they have not uploaded status in their website.

The authorities are bound to state reasons for such rejection as they have collected PP fees as consideration, and if they fail to respond it amounts to deficiency of services for which one can issue notice under CP Act and then make a complaint to district consumer forum.
