You can just call personally on RTO, get a copy of details of your lost DL from help desk, get the duplicate DL application, enclose photo identity, address proof with two photographs and can get duplicate DL after paying prescribed fees. This is simple and routine matter to them and you can get duplicate within a month. Immediately call on personally at RTO with your photo identity.

Now the Driving Licence and personal details of DL holder are stored in database by all states. You can retrieve these details form the RTO from where your previous / lost license was issued, by making a simple application giving your name & father's name as existed in lost driving licence and your date of birth. You can take extract of driving licence by paying prescribed charges.

After obtaining these details, you may submit an application for issuing duplicate Driving Licence on prescribed format by paying necessary fee and mandatory documents i.e. [1] Affidavit on prescribed format regarding theft of Old DL; [2] Police complaint copy; [3] Your age proof [4] address proof [5] 4-5 Nos passport size photographs, [6] Self addressed Envelop or any other document(s) as prescribed by your state.

You must be present yourself for recording photo iris recognition and biometric recording.

BBMP (Municipal council of Bangalore) does not take either postal or Online R.T.I queries.
Since there is no accountability, the roads are in disarray and no action has been taken. Now with this covid19 pandemic, these fellows are just sitting and eating peanuts.
Several compliant either to the BBMP app, P.M.O office or the local M.L.A/MP have fallen on deaf ears.
Has anyone succeeded in resolving roads via the R.T.I route or some other route?

I had sought details of loan and copies of agreement entered with World Bank, JICA etc. of IT Expressway Chennai (created in partnership with Govt of TN) However the PIO has replied that they have moved out of world bank loan and taken loan from other banks details of which cannot be disclosed under 8(1) d of RTI Act citing "commercial confidence".
However the IT Expressway is a public limited company having entered into agreement with Govt of TN and others for developing and maintaining a particular stretch of road.
Kindly help me frame a good first appeal.
