Cibil report

Dear Team,

 

Same PAN is allotted to two persons. But that two persons have Same Name(Karthikeyan) and Father Name(Balasubramanian) and Same DOB. When i was applied to loan both the entries are available in my CIBIL report like Address, Email, Mobile Loan .

 

I worked with PAN/IT and I have got confirmation that the new PAN will be issues to other person and myself is the.owner for that PAN. With this data i raised dispute and Still i am not getting cleared . CIBIL is sending the update that the respective credit institutions provided the data is correct like that. Becasue of that no chane in your CIBIL report. I have escalated 2 levels and still awaiting for the response.

 

Kindly help me to guide and sort this issue to clear my CIBIL report.

Contact Advocate and immediately file a consumer complaint against that Bank and CIBIL.

Before that file RTI Application, enclosing photo identity and address proof of yours getting your signature duly attested and seek that information the Bank is showing you as a defaulter.

Equipped with this information, you have to first issue Regd. Notice to the Bank, only after receiving such information, wait for 30 days for the response of that Bank and then file complaint as that rating is must for your further prospects.

You can also issue notice to AADHAR and PAN CARD dept that issued card with same number for deficiency of services under CP Act and file complaint against them.

A complaint with CP Act costs Rs.100/-. The moment they receive such notices from COnsumer Forum brings immediate results.

This is not difficult. First Purchase CP Act book for Rs.80/- and appear as party in person. There is no legal formality in filing complaint and just mentioning facts, with documents and praying for relief of Rs.1 lakhs is all that is required.

You might have tried several alternatives but try this way also as no expenses are involved.

First obtain the credit report directly from CIBIL. Apply for online dispute resolution process in their website >> CRS | DISPUTE. Your dispute shall be resolved within one month - either accept it and correct the credit rating or reject it with reasons; which will help in taking further course of action.
