Ask your friend to file RTI Application to the concerned Public information authority under Life and Liberty clause. Search website of the public authority RTI segment to locate Public information officer, format of application and mode of remittance for fees. Single sentence is sufficient to seek such information.

2.Provident Fund

3.Leave Encashment

4.Group Insurance.

5.Medical bills reimbursement

6.Pension

Send application with full details by Registered post. The PIO is obliged to provide the information within 48 hours.
