Sir/madam , there is a gas godown already constructed adjacent to gram Tana but it is in survey no_ . But the question I want to ask is can it be constructed in a area where intermediate Ring road (IRR) is proposed in 2006 , it is also gazzeted ie. Karnataka rajya pathra .I heard the land must be converted and take the permission from local planning authority (Anekal planning authority) but they can't give the premission,is it possible . The permit has to be obtained from both Dept of Fire and Collector. File application to the Public Sector under taking the products which are being stored there. Search website of the concerned Gas company , go through their RTI rules and regulations and seek information what ever you want, and they are bound to provide such information.

work with gas is always the most dangerous and the most difficult from a legal point of view, because you need quite a lot of documents in order to learn everything and lay gas. Especially if it’s a new construction.

Thank you for sharing this post! It took me so long to find the most useful information for the gas godown. I work as an online paper writer so I always search for some credible materials for my work, so this post helped me a lot.

BBMP (Municipal council of Bangalore) does not take either postal or Online R.T.I queries.
Since there is no accountability, the roads are in disarray and no action has been taken. Now with this covid19 pandemic, these fellows are just sitting and eating peanuts.

Several compliant either to the BBMP app, P.M.O office or the local M.L.A/MP have fallen on deaf ears.
Has anyone succeeded in resolving roads via the R.T.I route or some other route?

I had sought details of loan and copies of agreement entered with World Bank, JICA etc. of IT Expressway Chennai (created in partnership with Govt of TN) However the PIO has replied that they have moved out of world bank loan and taken loan from other banks details of which cannot be disclosed under 8(1) d of RTI Act citing "commercial confidence".
However the IT Expressway is a public limited company having entered into agreement with Govt of TN and others for developing and maintaining a particular stretch of road.

Kindly help me frame a good first appeal.
