In line with my previous post, I have started an online petition addressed to the Supreme Court of India which is available at:

https://www.change.org/p/petition-addressed-to-the-supreme-court-of-india-to-reconsider-its-recent-decision-on-rti

Hence, in the interest of furthering the right to information, it is requested from all the users of this website that they kindly help me by signing the petition at the above mentioned link in larger public interest, and share the petition to your friends, in order that the right to information is upheld within the contours delineated by the constitution of India.

Unfortunately, most of the members in the forum can not judge the Supreme Court Judgments and are also not competent.

They are aware that their judgments brings bouquets and brickbats as it is a permanent record.  They may err, and they have such machinery of reviewing them through large benches.

First deserve and then desire is the proverb.  To comment on SC Judgments require a level more than theirs and unfortunately members of the forum are not competent in that.  Those that are more  competent, know how to raise, when to raise and where to raise that issue to find a remedy.

Unfortunately, judges and lawyers are also people. They might not always be objective and sometimes can make wrong desicions. That's why trials can often be unfair.
