Buying a plot

This forum is dedicated for guiding in RTI matters.

The Registration is only after possession and payment.

Possession is coupled with sale.

Contact advocate, and first ensure whether it is still unoccupied.  If it is occupied by some one or resold to some , then you are in problems.

Take proper precautions while investing in assets.

(To be honest, I could not sort out whether it is a FLAT or plot of land)

If it is a flat demand from buyer on giving possession and go through agreement if any.
