I want copy of kharedi khat

If the sale deed is registered, you can file the prescribed application to the Sub Registrar's office,  in which that deed was registered, and can get the copy maximum within seven days from date of your application with nominal costs of less than Rs.500/-.  If it is digitalized, you can get it within two days.  RTI is not necessary.
