akshay6900 2
Need support how to move further. There was income certificate issued as 260000 in December and 160000 in January after she caught an broker to make her income certificate to gain government subsidies. I filed an RTI application seeking information for January certificate which includes her educational records and bank details. However, I got a reply from the Department saying we have asked her representation and she denied to furnish the information to 3rd party. I have the copies of the both income certificates but wanted to know on what basis issuance is done although record for both of them will be same. Prasad GLN 1,791
Go for first appeal that in larger public interest those public records connected to welfare measures must be given to prevent abuse of the welfare measures going to undeserving applicants. Certainly you will get a favourable decision finally.
sppataskar 28
In Revenue Department all Certificates issued are public documents and it can't be denied on any ground. The question of 3rd party opinion, using Section 11 for taking consent does not at all arise. Edited September 7, 2019 by sppataskar
koteswararaonerella 8
If you have evidence to the effect you have stated you can file police complaint as well as it amounts to cheating.secondly you ask for copies of income certificates given by Revenue dept which are NOT THIRD PARTY. U/S 11 DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED BY APPLICANT ARE ONLY 3RD PARTY
