When  I visited the website of Karnataka Information Commission for pro active disclosure under section 4(1)(b)(x) the site showed the message"The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists." Is is not mandatory to disclose monthly remuneration of officer/employees of the Commission under RTI  or does the Supreme Court decision prevail over RTI. All information is available under section 4(1)(a) & (b) except for section 4(1)(b)(x).
