I have yet to hear such gross negligence and irresponsible attitude of the bank and members will be thankful if a link of such CIC decision is provided.

What about compensation for harassment and refund etc ?

The bank should not be left like that for harassing a consumer .

The final lesson is be prompt in repaying the loans and avoid highhandedness of the bank .  Authorities view defaulters as criminals while deciding the cases.
