Is an Advocate allowed to argue on behalf of PIO-FAA/Appellant in 1st and 2nd Appeals?

It is not mandatory to hier an advocate for 1st or 2nd appeal. However u can represent urself through an advocate or any other person whom u fell best. You can very well present yourself for appeal

NO SPECIFIC PROVISION ADMITTING OR NOT ALLOWING OF ADVOCATE BUT I HAVE ATTENDED 2ND APPEAL HEARING ON BEHALF OF SOME FRIENDS AND WAS ALLOWED BY CIC-DELHI

      I have come across several CIC decisions where advocates represent PIOs and FAAs; advocates twist the matter at hearing that appellants have no matching ability to counter!
