Go for second appeal to CIC on the same lines as per First Appeal and you have been provided with second appeal format and process in your other post.  (It is not clear as to how your request was disposed...send e mail to FAA seeking details of when it was disposed and what are the orders)

I thought they would be giving me reply and based on that I would be filing RTI of Nagpur railway station parking charges.

Now, I am filing Nagpur railway station parking RTI. I don't want to delay this matter unnecessarily.

Reply by First Appellate Authority

Quote

The information sought by applicant is exempted from disclosure under section 8(1)(d) of RTI act, 2005 which states that information including commercial confidence, trade secrets or intellectual property, the disclosure of which would harm the competitive position of a third party, unless the competent authority is satisfied that larger public interest warrants the disclosure of such information. Hence, the copy of requested documents cannot be provided to applicant. However, if appellant authority is satisfied then the applicant may be called for inspection of documents in this office within prescribed time period, with the condition that photocopy of inspected document would not be provided to the applicant.
