Brief matter : Uttarakhand Peyjal Nigam left a ~400m road section unlaid of sewer line 3-4 years back during the laying of sewer lines in the area depriving many households benefit of "Swachh Bharat Mission". A RTI reply was recd. that during laying of sewer line the budget was used in road works and whenever funds come the same unlaid sewer line will be laid. Nothing happened, the matter was tweeted for help to PMO and the Uttarakhand CM as well - nothing happened.
Presently, the sewage of the households along this ~400m long road segments either flows to the adjoining Rispana River through storms drains or contaminate the ground through individual skeptic tanks-soak pits.
Uttarakhand CM has started a on-line Helpline " CM HelpLine 1905", the matter was taken up in this forum too twice a without addressing the matter was getting closed.
Now on 29.6.20, the matter is closed stating that " Solution has been provided" with a remark that the problem is longterm and the progress is continuing - a funny reply indeed by the CM HelpLine Portal
