I had filed an online application Uttar Pradesh RTI portal it is showing that the request received  from 25 July?? Not transferred to public information officer.

Tell me what to do??

For a Public Information Officer to reply, you will need to wait for 30 days from the date of filing of RTI application.

Do not be more concerned about the time frame during the present COVID19 uncertainity.  Think yourself fortunate if you get the information.   You may continue First appeal process after waiting for 35 days from receipt of your application by SPIO. You have informed that your application was received on 25th July, and agitated on 28th July,2020.  Please wait upto 31st Aug,2020 and file first appeal on deemed denial of information, if you fail to get information from SPIO.
