freelancing accountancy

I wanted to collect the information of a person employed to do their business accounts (for shops) to collect his remuneration for doing their accounts work; is there a chance of getting this information through RTI (example, can one try linking through labour department).

Please suggest.

You are a regular member and you are aware of the fundamental that a citizen can seek information under RTI Act from Public Authority only.

In your case an employee working in a co operative society is writing accounts to some private businessmen on part time business to improve his standard of living or for some necessities.

Your complaint is that he is earning more through this, and hence he is not qualified to welfare schemes as his income is more than prescribed maximum limit of below poverty line. (Housing, Rations)

You wanted to collect  such information of his total emoluments from private persons also and with that evidence to complain against such petty employee and at the same time you wanted to keep that complaint as Anonymous.

You wanted to complain, you should identify yourself first, and complain against such person that he is not deserving for such welfare scheme.   The concerned revenue inspector or some other person investigates into the matter and basing on such report The Tahasildar takes a final decision.

RTI is not necessary in this specific case referred by you, and with RTI you can never expect information from private entities.
