AP goverment decided to sell properties to make sure to utilise for welfare schemes. Now they decided to sell 50 cents of land in middle of my town Singarayakonda approximately for 5 cr or above..

Is there anyway to file RTI related to this to get complete information about thier process or anyway to stop selling?

Definitely and this is the very purpose of RTI Act.   First get that pahani, survey no, etc.,.  You can seek information from District Collector and also from Municipal commissioner.   Take care of your personal security.   You can also write a simple letter to APHC Chief Justice informing the scam and he may consider for taking the letter as suo motu writ.  You can also complaint to LOKAYUKTH if you suspect a scam.

What is your source of information? How do you know that such and such land is being sold? Is it a hearsay, a guess or are there some documents in this regard?

We at this forum cannot read the said newspaper language. You may file a RTI application with the concerned department named in the newspaper, by attaching the newspaper cutting, and seek the required information.

What is the specific ground on which you would like to stop the sale of the said land by the Government, after all it may be a policy decision taken by the Executive branch of the Govt.?
