Can Non Resident Indian File online RTI?

Dear Sir,

I was working with a  Semi-Government Bank  11 years ago. I was covered under NPS Scheme. Till I was with the Bank I did not open NPS Account, my PF was getting deducted and getting transferred to PF A/c. 7 years Back I quit the job . I moved abroad seven years back. I  settled all my dues with the Bank. But Bank is not settling my PF. It is asking me to open NPS a/c ,there only they will transfer my PF Amount .While I was working with the Bank I didn't open any NPS A/c. After quitting the job I haven't joined any other organization. I am unemployed and dependent . In my case can Bank not settle my PF Dues. ? What will happen to my PF? Why should I get my PF Amount transferred to  NPS A/c .Can I file RTI On this matter, if yes then under which Department?

Thank You,

Can Non Resident Indian File online RTI?

This is your query.  If you have Indian passport file such application.  If CPIO fail to respond then you can go for first appeal.

"ASK" is a magical word.  Either it will be given or denied.  If it is denied there are two more steps First and Second appeal.

Open the following link and try whether it helps

For PF, filing pgrms or direct grievance/complaint on line works without any doubt.
