PIO denied to transfer my RTI Application

Filed an RTI online vide Maharashtra State online portal seeking information about status of various housing projects undertaken by the Housing Department and list of selected Beneficiaries. SPIO replied as follows. Please advice on grounds of appeal

Before going to appeal there is nothing wrong in contacting SPIO and having a  record of his say or response as reply to email.

Information is the focus, and if it is not denied, explore possibilities to get it at the earliest without delay and wastage of time.

Actually this information must be uploaded by public authority under voluntary disclosure

If you wish to go for first appeal the simple ground is that PIO has to either provide the information or deny information under sec. 8 or sec.9 and he is not empowered to suggest some other way not stipulated in RTI Act.
