In response to my RTI seeking information on action taken on my complaint dt 30.6.2020 against employees of Taluk Office for flouting covid rules , not wearing ID cards on duty,using middlemen in office for collecting bribe etc, the PIO responded as follows
1. Action taken on your complaint is pending. File pending. Under sec 2f, only available information can be provided.
2. provide the copies of all orders/circulars/directives that state the internal departmental procedure to be followed by various officials, for handling complaints against the employees of Taluk Office
Answer: I cannot collate or collect information about order s and circulars which are not readily available 2f. You are requested to visit revenue website and collect it under heading circulars.
No such solicited information available under circulars.
Nowadays PIO's are very smart in tackling RTI seeking action taken on complaints , using 2f and stating action pending.
