Prasad GLN 1,761 Posted January 1 Share Posted January 1 This is the essence "As a citizen he can personally ask for information but not as an advocate on behalf of his client. The members (Advocate) were advised not to use their names but prepare RTI Application and let their client sign and seek information and give the address of advocate as care of....
