Land Records from the Date of Existence

I want to apply for Land Records such as Settlement Register / Setwar / Settlement Fair Adangal  ;  Tippon / F.M.B ;  1-B record  ;  Pahani /Adangal / Grama Lekka No. 3  ;     భూకమతం (ఆసామీ వారి) మరియు భూమి శిస్తు డిమాండ్ రిజిస్టర్ / Grama Lekka No. 4 from the date of their existence.

Can I ask Land records from the date of existence till date? For example if I ask certified copies from the year 1956 till 2020, can the records of 64 years be given to the applicant?

If there is a chance of denial, please provide me the alternate ways to get those land details from their date of existence till date.

Thanks in advance.

Yes.  The records are permanent in nature but records can be obtained after following the procedure by them for obtaining of such copies in force even before enactment of RTI.

The age of records is immaterial for seeking information from RTI.  If information is available it must be provided.

Even after 15 years even most reputed public authorities misinterpret Sec. 8 (3).

The issue of 20 years of Sec. 8 (3) is no more res ingegra, it was clarified by Supreme Court in CBSE Vs. Adityabandhopaadhya that 8 (1) exemptions cease to exist after 20 years.
