Help me to Draft an RTI

Please provide the information under RTI Act, 2005 in reference to the  letter issued via order No. __________  dated ________ stating the order issued by Ministry of Finance (Expenditure Section) GOI, No._______________ dated __________.

1. Please provide the reasons to stop the order issued by Ministry of Finance (Expenditure Section) GOI, No._______________ dated __________.

2.. Please provide the details: date on which a meet was held reg. this, list of officers who attended the meeting.

3. Please provide the list of JCM members/ association representatives who attended this meeting.

4. Please provide the minutes that meeting in which  it is decided to hold Festival Advance.

5. Please state the process to issue such orders/ forwarding of letters issued by ministries of GOI.

6. Please provide the votes in favor and against to issue this order in the meeting with the names of members.

5. Please Provide the copy of such laid down norms/rules/orders that state the process to issue such orders/ forwarding of letters issued by ministries of GOI.

6. Please provide the  number of votes in favor and against to issue this order in the meeting with the names of such members.
