Notice: "SAME INFORMATION" and go through such decision for the facts in such decision. Remember that repetition here means asking same information , in such cases PIO has to provide what information was earlier provided and then deny such information, as burden is on PIO. Several High Courts made judgment against such Information Commissions decisions that "one can not restrict citizens and black list any citizens only because they are filing RTI Applications repeatedly (Karnataka High Court) Edited January 4 by Prasad GLN 0 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
