I filed an RTI with online portal but got back response that it needs to be submitted directly to state government authorities. ( Pasting Adhesive court fee stamp of Rs.10/- is more convenient and that stamps are available with advocates, their clerks or in any court premises or kiosks around court). You can seek information as follows: Send this notice by local speed post, search delivery status in indiapost and download delivery status after one week. Paste the postal receipt with copy on your application for further process if you fail to get information. Application dt.15th Feb,2021 seeking information under RTI Act. Before: State Public Information officer, Tehasildar Office,.............. Fee: Adhesive court fee stamp Rs.10/- pasted here below. Applicant: Specific subject on which information is sought: Application filed for legal heir certificate by..............dt................................. Information solicited. 1.Please provide time frame fixed for providing Legal heir certificate after receiving such application. 2.Please provide reasons for inordinate delay in providing such certificate 3.Please inform the present status. 4.Please provide the following information, with designations and mobile numbers. a.Names of employees responsible for such delay. b.The superior authority before whom grievance can be filed for inordinate/undue delay: Applicant.
