Proof of RTI request

I submitted a request to PIO through registered post on 10/03 and it was delivered on 13/03 according to indiapost website, but till now I have not received acknowledgement card.

On 18/03, I received a speed post from that PIO that my request is transferred to another PIO.

So, as a proof of RTI request submission in future, will the copy of RTI transfer letter be considered valid? or should I go to post office to find out about acknowledgement card?

YES.  Ack not necessary and mandated.  If PIO fails to respond then once again you can enclose copies of RTI Application, delivery status in India post, and transfer intimation with first appeal.  (The endorsement to another PIO is more than an acknowledgment)
