Remuneration paid to Honorarium postings

In reference to GO'M 86 Social Welfare Dept,TN, Govt issued orders to Commissioner of Social Defence to  appoint  counsellors (Psychologists- Doctorate in counselling) in 7 Govt Observation homes and 2 Govt Special Homes in all Districts. The postings were on Honorarium basis of Rs 1000 per visit not exceeding 60 days in a year.A contract agreement was also signed regarding the same.Presently, these counsellors have not been paid for past 8 months in our district.Reason being shortage of funds and termination of  counselling programme by government. All Appeals and Representations unheeded to.

In this regard,we  need to get information such as  total number of counsellors appointed as per the GO in our district, name and address of the appointed counsellors, date of termination of these counsellors, total remuneration paid (visitwise ) to these counsellors till date, funds allotted for this programme by govt, funds utilised till date and Govt orders indicating termination of this programme.

There is a suspicion that funds might have been misused and swindled by Social Defence Dpt

Please advice on drafting

Ask for a photocopy of all the relevant documents from the concerned Public Information Officer
