If the Commission is really sincere in implementing RTI Act in letter and spirit, they should follow the precedent and toe in line with the MPSIC.  Conducting workshops, giving lectures and enjoying such dignified posts ignoring the duties and responsibilities serve no purpose.  Commissions are also accountable to appellants.
