BMC twitter handler department not replaying on tweet

bmc have innocence many time citizen should  complain to twitter  mostly every department have there official twitter account for there update and for citizen complain 

but they not single reply on citizen complain of there issues they only replay very fast only for vip  account not for fast for command man

so plz guide where to complain against those twitter handler department of bmc

Information solicited:

1.Please provide total no. of complaints received through tweets since inception year wise, redressed grievances and outstanding grievances as on 31-12-2021

2.Please provide copy of the circular/order/notification issued in connection with handling of complaints through such tweets fixing a time frame.

3.Please provide the specific reasons for inordinate delay in responding to several tweets and name of  the designated official that monitors and follows up expeditious disposal of such grievance through redressal.
