Question

We had a Red Clay Pantiles house constructed 40 years ago and It is now dismantled to construct a G+1 house and this place is located within 30 mts from the railway line.

Do I need to obtain a NOC from Railway authorities? As it is not a site that there is no construction till now, there is a pantiles house before.

Please guide me with a proper information.

please help me.

The fundamental thing is that you have to take approval for construction from local authorities and keeping in mind the distance in meters,, (not minutes), local authorities approve blue prints of plan submitted by you.
