Punjab National Bank- Cheque dishonour without reason

Punjab National Bank had charged Rs80/- with description "IW CHQ: 12125 REJ" after querry in the local bank branch(PNB Sahibabad,Ghaziabad,Code:370900) as well as the custome care help line (18001802222) ,they refused to give any information regarding the charges lieved!

On the internet banking portal of Punjab National Bank cheque num 12125,against which they are charging shown unused... I have more than sufficient balance in my account!

Kindly help me to file a complaint under RTI Act.. and obliged me.

Welcome. U file complaint with Nodal Officer of PNB, by visiting their website and customer care link. The problem will mostly be solved as it is not serious one. In case if there is no reply for 15-20 days pl file RTI application by reference to:
