Please see the definition of "Public Authority" as in Sec 2(h) of the RTI Act. drgipatel 0 Posted June 27, 2009 Share Posted June 27, 2009 Had asked for information from a public trust about details of their accounts , the said trust has sent me a reply and a cc to the pio stateing that they cannot dislose the information as they are a NGO which does not recieve any financial aid from the public authority as defined in the said act hence we are not obliged to furnish such informaiton. is it so that i cannot ask for any information about the accounts. 0 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
