dexter 23
Sir, Do they hold any legal validity in CIC or in Courts? They are just circulars made out by DoPT. Is there any legal binding on the CPIOs / AAs other than those in DoPT to follow those circulars. Are they issued according to relevant sections of 28 /27 /26/2 or any other related sections of rti act?
Super Moderator karira 5,897 Posted February 8, 2011 Author Super Moderator Share Posted February 8, 2011 These are just circulars and instructions to various government servants and public authorities. There is no legal binding and they are not issued by the Government under Sec 26, 27 or 28 or any other section of the RTI Act.
